The team at Frankfurt-based M&A consultancy ROOTS Advisory GmbH provided exclusive advice to the shareholders of Ludwig Heuse Interim on the sale of the company to Abacus Experten GmbH.
Ludwig Heuse Interim, a leading provider of executives and experts for C1 and C2-level interim management projects, is combining its business activities with AbacusExperten GmbH, a personnel service provider. Previously owner-managed, Heuse Interim is one of the most renowned service providers for interim management projects in Germany. The strength of the Heuse Interim network lies in its highly qualified executives and experts, including many "hidden champions" found exclusively at Heuse Interim.
Abacus Experten GmbH, a subsidiary of Abacus alpha GmbH, is a rapidly growing personnel service provider. With the acquisition of Heuse Interim, Abacus Experten GmbH is continuing its expansion and further expanding its service portfolio.
ROOTS Advisory GmbH initiated and provided comprehensive support for the transaction as the exclusive advisor to LHG. Led by Managing Partner Ali Taşbaşı, the ROOTS team supported the seller throughout the entire process, from initial contact to due diligence and contract negotiations. The transaction was completed on 4 March 2019. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction details.
