Prof. Dr. Ralf Wandmacher is a Senior Advisor at ROOTS Advisory.
He focuses on capital market transactions, traditional financing forms, and developing and implementing blockchain-based financing solutions, including Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs). He is recognised throughout the industry as a leading expert on digital finance in Germany.
In his role as COO and CFO of 21x AG, he oversees operational management, financial planning, and the strategic development of blockchain-based trading and settlement infrastructure.
Ralf Wandmacher has extensive experience in the financial sector. He has held senior positions at Deutsche Bank, where he was a managing director responsible for structured products in Northern Europe, among others. Other milestones in his career include roles at Falke Bank, Goldman Sachs and Dresdner Bank.
He is also a professor of finance and entrepreneurship at Accadis University in Bad Homburg. He studied Business Administration at the Universities of Saarbrücken and Göttingen, earning his doctorate in Finance from the University of Cape Town.
