The transaction also encompasses the global perfume business MEXX Fragrance, which is operated by the fragrance and cosmetics group Coty under a long-term licensing agreement.

The RNF Group is an internationally active player in the footwear and apparel industry. Headquartered in Drunen, the Netherlands, the group operates across both brand and private-label segments, maintaining numerous international partnerships and branches throughout Europe. It is regarded as one of the established companies in the sector.
